About the role

Perform caller interrogation to determine type response to dispatch police, fire, and EMS personnel and vehicles/apparatus as needed. Answer 911 calls, conduct emergency and non-emergency call processing using Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) consoles or CAD capability through NG911 modernization, if applicable, and or Land Mobile Radios (LMR). Direct use of emergency protocol for fire, police, and medical emergencies. Plan, schedule, and distribute work of subordinates to achieve accomplishment of organizational goals and mission.
