Supervisory Clinical Psychologist

Serve as Chief, Mental Health Division, Directorate of Treatment Programs (DTP), Military Correctional Complex (MCC), consisting of the United States Disciplinary Barracks (USDB) and Midwest Joint Regional Correctional Facility (JRCF). Responsible for developing clinical assessments, treatment plans, providing direct treatment for inmates with complex mental health diagnoses, and evaluating potential internal and external risks associated with behavioral health issues. Provide direct psychological services for many of the most complex, challenging clinical cases, including individual and group counseling. Provide emergency and on-call services. Plan, direct, and assign work to subordinates to include a subordinate supervisor based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. Serve as a subject matter expert on correctional health care for all subordinate staff and is instrumental in the development of correctional health care professionals through mentor
