Sr. Analyst, Delivery Operations

We're looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Delivery Operations team with a focus on three high-impact domains: delivery quality, dispatch optimization, and fee strategy. Dispatch is the engine behind our delivery speed and cost efficiency — it determines how orders are batched, routed, and fulfilled, and it directly drives one of our most important financial metrics: Delivery Cost Per Order (DCPO). Delivery quality is about reducing the defects — cancellations, did-not-receives, and other failure modes — that cost us money and erode the customer experience. Fee strategy is about maximizing incremental revenue from our growing fee framework while protecting the customer experience and long-term order volume. This is not a passive analytics role. You'll own these domains end-to-end: building the reporting infrastructure, running experiments, identifying inefficiencies, and partnering cross-functionally to implement solutions.
