About the role
Duties of a Housekeeping Aid Leader includes, but are not limited to: Follows instructions from Housekeeping Supervisors to lead housekeeping aids assigned to perform duties in compliance with established Environmental Management Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Keeps team members actively engaged in productive duties, plans and coordinates scheduled duties performed by the team. Ensures that employees maintain proper working techniques and standards. Conducts all administrative duties as assigned. Trains other housekeeping aids in a variety of cleaning tasks including, but not limited to (mopping, in-depth cleaning of floor surfaces, waste removal, bathroom cleaning, dispenser stocking, and a variety of special cleaning applications). Performs various tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dust mopping, vacuuming, waxing, striping and polishing floors; and other various in-depth cleaning of floor surfaces.
