About the role
The work involves providing routine technical and administrative support in one or more administrative program areas. Typical work assignments will include: Receiving telephone calls and visitors to the office. Responding to inquiries, providing general information regarding office programs. Providing assistance and processing support in procurement activities. Preparing travel authorizations and travel vouchers for reimbursement to traveler. Facilitating access to sensitive material while serving as the Grand Jury Transcript Coordinator. Maintaining and extracting data from automated docketing databases and systems. Scheduling appointments, inviting participants, and determining location of meetings. Assisting in maintaining property records and conducting inventory. Other challenging administrative responsibilities in support of the mission. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
