They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve-or-exceed goals for their networks to drive the business in the areas of sales, profits, and network growth. To accomplish this, Business Consultants will focus on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations in their delivery of consistent and safe brand experience, same-store comp growth, and (where applicable) organizational preparation for additional unit growth.
