Supervisory Program Manager

Conduct a continuous review and analysis of Group operations to assure that an acceptable quality and quantity of work is performed and assigned duties are accomplished expeditiously, economically, and efficiently. Direct the day-to- day activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of program management for Medicare or Healthcare Exchange, drug, and health plans, matters through the implementation of national policies and procedures. Make informed recommendations to Group Director and executes final decisions, relating to essential resource allocations, assuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution of work. Build and nurture relationships with CMS headquarters equivalents, in the development of new and revised legislation, policy, regulations, and guidelines.
