Physical Security Specialist

Duties included at the full performance level GS-13 but not limited to: Plans and directs comprehensive physical security projects for offices across the country, coordinating with a facilities design team and contractor support staff. Directs work related to long and short-term planning and achieving the mission of the Physical Security and Emergency Management program goals. Designs, develops, evaluates, and oversees the implementation of the physical access control system at OIG offices and manages the overall project schedule. Coordinates the preparation of technical planning documents and reports and develops detailed scope of work statements for use in contracting for goods and services.
