Assistant United States Attorney (Criminal)

The United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Ohio is seeking an attorney with criminal litigation experience. This vacancy will fill positions in our Cleveland, Youngstown, and Toledo offices. AUSAs selected for positions in Youngstown, OH will be required to travel to Cleveland, Ohio for the first thirty days of employment, and this initial training period may be extended as necessary. The Criminal Division is organized into six sections: General Crimes; White Collar Crimes; National Security; Violent Crimes; Narcotics/Organized Crime Drug Trafficking and Asset Recovery Team (DART); and Appellate. Criminal Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) prosecute federal criminal cases in the District.
