WORKFORCE READINESS SPECIALIST

You will coordinate with COMNAVSURFLANT managers on various administrative personnel related programs. You will analyze and formulates command requirements to support resource allocation targets for civilian training. training readiness. You will track/monitor development of annual performance plans, mid-cycle reviews and annual appraisals and assist managers with ensuring all deadlines are met in accordance with DON requirements. You will provide guidance, both oral and written, on policies, procedures, and requirements in support of timeframes for completion of employee training. You will assist in the planning, coordinating, and accomplishment of actions concerning COMNAVSURFLANT Staff and subordinate command civilians training and development.
