Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Classification/Recruitment & Placement)

Supervises and directs the work of Human Resources Specialists and Technicians in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization, adjusting ensure timely accomplishment of assigned work tasks. Provides leadership and training to team and staff, and oversight, guidance and advice regarding federal civilian human resources processing policies, regulations, processes and procedures. Identify program issues involving organizational and administrative factors and changes to Human Resources regulations and laws. Interpret and clarifies Federal civilian HR policies, standards and procedures regarding staffing, classification, position management, employee and labor relations. Provides comprehensive program oversight and advice regarding position classification and position management to serviced agencies and activities.
