Specific duties include: Provides qualitative and quantitative assessments of the wide range of Division operations. Strategic planning, assisting in the implementation of revised organizational structures and design. Conducts studies of various complex processes, including employee utilization, resource allocation, and delegations of authority. Findings and recommendations are forwarded to the division leadership for consideration. Serves as a liaison and coordinates and facilitates initiatives requiring inter-team cooperation and action. Regularly apprises the division leadership of initiative status and recommends intervention when appropriate. Tracks Division progress with respect to goals and facilitates work or program reviews to improve Division results. Recommends solutions on inter-team issues and matters with external factors.
