Inventory Management Specialist

Plans and reviews all inventory processes, functions, and related systems. Conducts wall-to-wall and periodic inventories Maintains perpetual inventory accounts for expendable items. Develops and supports the creation of acquisition strategies and standardization initiatives to acquire and purchase durable medical equipment. Researches opportunities for and conducts analysis of potential cost savings, efficiencies, and process improvements using quantitative and historical usage patterns. Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Work schedule subject to change based on agency needs.
