Human Resources Specialist (Human Resource Development)

Determine training needs and products to facilitate the Network and Workforce Development (WFD) CoE training vision, in consultation with management officials. Make recommendations which typically include revision or discontinuance of program elements, and revision or development of new operating policies and procedures, assuring proper consideration of customers, offices and facilities affected. Conduct studies to evaluate customer human resource operations, investigate operating deficiencies and/or to revise traditional civilian personnel policies and practices to accommodate changes needed in the customer environment. Facilitate an effective training delivery system and methodology to serve the diversified HR needs of the customer facilities.
