Overview: St. Joseph's Villa is currently recruiting for a HVAC Technician to join the Facilities Dept. This position works under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and the Director of Facilities Management to ensure that buildings and grounds are properly maintained with an emphasis on the maintenance and installation of heating and air conditioning systems. All work is performed within a systems-based framework and a psycho-educational model. Work is performed collaboratively with and in support of other services offered by St. Joseph's Villa. Work is performed safely, effectively, to the highest ethical standards, and in accordance with regulatory and accrediting standards and St. Joseph’s Villa’s mission, values, and guiding principles.
