About the position We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Debt Collection Agent to join our team at Main Office and satellite debt collection office. As a Debt Collection Agent, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our consumers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all debts are collected in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will be working closely with our consumer to understand their financial situation and develop customized payment plans that meet their needs.
