Experienced Hire Recruiter, Technology

About the Position We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to help us identify, interview, and hire experienced candidates across our Engineering teams in our New York office. You’ll work on a variety of technical roles, from perennial hires like software, IT, and networking roles, to novel hires in areas that we’re expanding. People and relationships drive our recruiting approach. You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies, and collaborate with our external recruiting agencies to supplement our traditional pipelines. You’ll also help active candidates navigate our hiring processes. We prize the quality of these relationships and trust them to help us reach our goals; we avoid a strict reliance on numbers and targets.
