PROTOCOL SPECIALIST

Serves as Chief of Protocol, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing visits by distinguished persons. Coordinates and consolidates initiatives, plans, and actions into an integrated protocol program. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work of subordinate employees. Leads or participates in special initiatives, studies and special projects and initiatives and performs nonroutine assignments. Maintains custodial control of the Commander's Official Representation Funds (ORF) gift locker. Manages and determines the budget for annual and projected event and visit gift requirements.
