President Haskell Indian Nations University

1. Provides day-to-day executive oversight and management of the programs under Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU). Directs the review and development of administrative needs and requirements and creation of solutions to develop and sustain administrative excellence throughout the full reach of HINU. Collaboratively works with staff to identify needs and problem areas within each of the administrative functions and ensures that corrective actions are taken. Monitors the delivery of products and services with the administrative operations program. Collaborates with the Associate Deputy Director of Post Secondary Education and Director - BIE to develop solutions for identified problem areas. 2. Fosters and sustains strategic relationships with key institutional stakeholders, including the HINU Alumni community, the HINU Foundation, and the National Board of Regents.
