Deployment Strategist

Factory is looking for a Deployment Strategist! DEPLOYMENT STRATEGIST RESPONSIBILITIES Our customers come to us with a conviction that the future of their engineering organization is agent-native, and that the way they build software is about to fundamentally change. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that conviction into reality. You own the post-sales journey for our most strategic accounts and lead their transformation: understanding how an enterprise builds software today, mapping where Factory belongs across their software development lifecycle, and driving the adoption that makes them both a power user of Factory and a stronger engineering organization. You will synthesize what the customer needs, what their engineers are motivated by, what the product can do, and where the impact is greatest, and then go make it happen.
