Supervise individuals who review determinations on applications for asylum, credible and reasonable fear screenings, and related applications. Ensure that office resources are allocated and managed efficiently to support the timely review and processing of asylum, credible fear, reasonable fear, and related applications. Provide technical and administrative direction to Asylum Division staff whose work involves the adjudication of asylum, credible fear, reasonable fear, and related applications. Conduct reviews to ensure that applications for asylum benefits and other services are granted properly, with an appropriate level of quality in interviewing and case write-ups, and out-processing is achieved and maintained.
