About the role
Provides on-site, direct customer service at the squadron level, via satellite or embedded Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) offices; serves as the EFMP consultant for unit consultations. Provides non-clinical case management; conducts family needs assessments to identify and evaluate their situational stressors and determines services for appropriate assistance; provides tailored guidance regarding accessing services that are not standard across the DAF due to the individual local and state regulations, laws, and compliance for the location where the installation is located; and provides general support in navigating the EFMP resource system. Serves as primary POC for unit/community education, training, awareness, and outreach activities. Provides a basic level of support to other Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) programs to support a higher level of service to EFMP families.
