DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL

As Deputy Director of Personnel and Services at a MAJCOM equivalent, works with the Director in planning, organizing and overseeing the activities of the Directorate. Participates with the Director in the exercise of supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Serves as the command focal point for Personnel and Services.
