HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY/OA)

Processes standard actions for assigned are such as performance evaluations, awards, decorations, military classifications, duty status, special duty assignment pay, P/C/DAFSC maintenance, G series orders, leave management, adverse actions, permanent change of assignment, duty information management or similar matters and review records to determine eligibility factors. Reviews reports, form, documentation, and other related information concerning Air Force members and constructs/maintains military personnel records or portion pertinent to assigned area. Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc pertaining to assigned area of military personnel. Perform clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Updates, inquires, and processes actions through the Personnel Data System and Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS).
