Supervisory Airman and Family Readiness Specialist- Direct Hire Authority

Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjusts short/long -term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Develops goals and objects that integrate organizations and Airman and Family Readiness Flight objectives to build and enhance instillation unit and family readiness through center-based, unit-based and community outreach delivery. Establishes, develops and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership. Establishes, defines, and implements M & FRC Program requirements to ensure operations are in line with support goals and regulatory/fiscal/mission requirements.
