Product Documentation Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES • Triage documentation requests — scope with stakeholders and assign work to writers. - Own sprint planning and manages backlog in an agile environment. - Set and track deadlines that align with product release schedules and engineering milestones. - Maintain visibility into writer capacity, level workloads across the team, and flag resourcing risks early. - Apply a light-touch coordination framework to early-stage R&D products, with a clear path for graduating them to full sprint management. - Build and maintain reporting for ticket age, burndown, completion rate, sprint velocity, doc coverage, and overall backlog health. - Manage publication and administrative workflows from review through delivery. - Manage the documentation review flow in GitHub.
