Housekeeping Aid (Leader)

Duties include but are not limited to: Pass on instructions to other workers and get work started. Work alongside others setting the pace. Demonstrate proper work methods; ensure necessary plans, materials, and tools are available, and needed stock is obtained. Obtain needed information or decisions from supervisors on problems that come up during the word. Maintain current knowledge, and answer other workers questions on procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives. Ensure there is enough work to keep everyone in the work crew busy providing new and additional assignments as needed. Check work in progress and when finished Encourage workers follow instructions received from supervisors and meet deadlines Ensure safety and housekeeping rules are followed. Report on status and progress of work, causes of work delays, and answer questions on overall work operations and problems.
