What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Performs all work in accordance with Standard Work outline without assistance. Performs all work in a safe manner, to include proper use of personal protective equipment. Follows Specification of inspections as noted. Ensures product output meets drawing requirements per AQL standards. Utilizes properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other measuring tools. Participation in Lean activities/trainings and active use of Lean tools in daily operations to include SQDCC, Hr. X Hr. Charts and Lean Engagement programs, 5S and other programs as directed. Informs the Team Leader of any operating / material / parts
