Supervisory IT Specialist

Reports to the ECC Team Manager and National Operations Group Manager, and serves under direction of the National Enterprise Operations Directorate. Oversees 24/7 continuous enterprise service level monitoring for critical NAS services and applications. Teams serve as primary focal point for NAS subscribers and consumers. They provide advance notification to consumers when an interruption could affect the delivery of the enterprise service and coordinate potential impact when a legacy or enterprise service/equipment is reported out of service, scheduled or unscheduled. Maintains oversight and knowledge of the health of the enterprise services and the customers who use the services. Provides specific impact information to national operations organizations and customers regarding restoration and mitigation.
