About The Job General Summary of Position Performs a variety of general (HVAC Plumbing Electrical etc) and preventative maintenance on hospital facilities and equipment as well as some related new construction and renovation work. Primary Duties And Responsibilities • Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations. • Conducts group training sessions and on-the-job practice for other maintenance staff. • Ensures that time and material records of self and others within assigned team are complete accurate and submitted to the supervisor/coordinator at the end of each shift.
