Physical Security Operational Risk Manager

About the Position We are looking for a Physical Security Operational Risk Manager to help us scale our global physical security program. This position sits within our Physical Security team in New York. You'll work at the intersection of security operations, global security standards, public-sector partnerships, and crisis response—identifying and reducing physical security risk, turning regional security practices into consistent global standards, and sharpening how we respond to incidents across regions. It's a hands-on role suited to someone with a background in corporate security, public safety, intelligence, emergency management, law enforcement, the military, or critical infrastructure who moves comfortably between risk strategy, execution, and incident response. Additional responsibilities of the role will include: • Partnering with reg
