Management and Program Analyst (Fire Business)

As a Management and Program Analyst (Fire Business), your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Conducts studies of programs, functions, work processes, staffing levels, methods and procedures and other related criteria. Reviews operating regulations and directives and other pertinent sources to gather, correlate, analyze, determine and recommend appropriate effectiveness. Reviews audit and investigative reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective action required. Provides direction and interpretation of administrative policies, procedures and guidelines to managers and co-workers. May assist with analyzing budget projections and planning, coordinating and developing budget proposals.
