Management Analyst

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Analyzes the funding requirements in order to provide the Division Director with ongoing assistance and recommendations in the areas of budget formulation and reconciliation of operating funds. Initiate, review, and analyze procurement requests, printing requests and reports, training requests, awards, and all other obligation documents against the Agency’s Detail Transaction Reports. Monitor and assist the routing of training requests; monitors and reports the completion of mandatory training. Review and certify the accuracy of the monthly detailed payroll report. Provide guidance and instruction to Division employees on the preparation and processing of travel authorizations and travel vouchers for temporary duty (TDY). Review and analyze USDA administrative functions, policies, budget, awards, processes, committee appointments, and procedures.
