About the Team The GTM Business Operations & Strategy team helps shape and scale how our B2B business grows across products, customer segments, and routes to market. We work closely with Product, Sales, Success, Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Security, and Operations to define strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and translate those priorities into the plans, processes, and cross-functional coordination required to execute well. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. We help frame the most important questions facing the business, turn complex inputs into clear decisions and operating plans, and build the structures needed to move priority initiatives forward across teams.
