About the role
The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to manage operations resources to include serving as the Host Aviation Resource Manager; serving as the operations resource management (AFSC 1C0X2) functional manager; assisting in the administration of group executive support; and, training reservist in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. Plans, organizes, and directs all operations resource management programs and activities for the Operations Group. Directs, controls, and monitors the operation, maintenance, and training of the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) at the operations group level. Conducts studies, analyses, inquiries, and surveys related to flying operations and operations resources and performs various functions and special projects directed by management or higher level command. In concert with the Operations Group executive officer, plans and organizes executive support services, functions, and activities.
