Civil Engineer

Implement and monitor all facets of Architect-Engineer (A-E) design from initial coordination with the Architect-Engineer (A-E) and Philadelphia Corps of Engineers for submission of proposals, negotiations and award of design delivery orders. Serve as the technical subject matter expert for large, complex/difficult civil engineering projects. Perform engineering duties involving construction, repair, modification, renovation and installation of Waste Water Treatment Plant systems, water distribution systems, structural components, landscaping, dams, spillways, roadways and appurtenances. Assign projects from inception to contract completion.
