Supervisory Management Analysis Officer

This position serves a key leadership role in advancing organizational effectiveness, governance, and compliance across the agency, ensuring programs and operations align with mission priorities and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will: Lead and direct the Management and Organization Office, overseeing programs, resources, and initiatives that support agency management and organizational effectiveness. Supervise professional staff, assigning work, evaluating performance, and providing guidance and feedback to support employee development and effective program execution. Oversee the agency directives management system, including the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with departmental requirements. Direct management consulting and organizational improvement services, including organizational design and analysis, quality improvement initiatives, and oversight of the organizational
