About the role
As a Student Trainee (Realty), the incumbent will work under closer supervision performing assignments and completing training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to: Assist in developing plans for real estate property interests. Provide property management support services by assisting in researching and coordinating with senior Realty Specialist. Assist in reviewing and analyzing leases, permits, easements, out-grants, disposal and change of properties. Assist in preparing real estate reports and inputting data into systems.
