PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as the NETC primary representative for the coordination of Out Year Planning and Programming, budget and execution (PPBE) process across OPNAV Resource Sponsors’ manpower, personnel and training organization. You will provide guidance for planning and programming in support of Navy training requirements through specific resource sponsored websites. You will assist in establishing procedures, resources and databases that will accommodate the planning, programming process and training capability assessments. You will conduct training gap analysis of existing program(s) to ensure they meet the new system/platform/training requirements. You will provide oversight on the management and review of training demand signals and evaluate training effectiveness and impact on facilities, manpower, funding, and logistic support elements.
