Management and Program Analyst

Legal Programs is responsible for providing management support, assistance and advice, and policy guidance regarding legal process and procedures for the United States Attorneys in a wide variety of program areas, including: affirmative civil enforcement, appellate, asset forfeiture, bankruptcy, border and immigration, child exploitation, civil defensive litigation, civil rights, eDiscovery, financial litigation, health care fraud, human trafficking, narcotics, Native American issues, victim­ witness, and violent crime. Legal Programs coordinates all aspects of these programs, including training, funding, legislation, administration, outreach, and programmatic assessment. Legal Programs also develops and promotes policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness of these programs and serves as a resource for the United States Attorneys' offices (USAOs) on legal and administrative issues affecting the programs.
