Plans, prioritizes, and manages contract property workloads across NASA Centers, serving as the primary point of coordination while balancing competing priorities, surge requirements, and mission-driven demands to ensure timely, consistent execution. Oversees day-to-day operational execution of contract property activities, including assessments, corrective actions, plant clearance activities, coordination of reviews, and delegated/non-delegated oversight functions.
