SUPV INTERDISCIPLINARY NATURAL RESOURCES SPECIALIST

You will review proposed and final legislation and Presidential Executive Orders to identify equities and provide policy direction for the Navy's environmental compliance, planning, and conservation programs. You will serve as a subject matter expert for PPBE processes optimize resource expenditures, oversee program execution, and recommend resource adjustments. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with Resource Sponsors, subject matter experts, department heads, tenant commands, and other key stakeholders across the Navy enterprise. You will serve as the OPNAV technical advisor for environmental planning issues and serves, as required, as the OPNAV representative to external stakeholders with respect to these matters.
