Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties: If selected at the GS-11 level, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity. Oversees the development, execution, and allocation of the budget, ensuring effective use of resources aligned with the organization’s Strategic and Business Plan objectives. Offers analysis and guidance on the financial impact of program proposals. Analyzes business performance and collaborates with field offices and the Headquarters Comptroller to prepare and coordinate budget proposals and exhibits for final approval. Formulates, oversees, and updates operational budgets across the organization. Determines appropriate pricing methodologies for the organization’s products and implements price adjustments. Receives and validates funding documents and creates and maintains the corresponding reimbursable internal orders. Facilitates end-to-end business cycle design to ensure full alignment with DLA’s evolving strategic direction an
