About the role
The Grants Management Specialist: Provides administration of the project portfolio including setting appropriate work priorities, applying knowledge of organizational needs and deadlines, and consistent follow-up to assure receipt of required documentation. Ensures that the awardee is in compliance with established administrative and financial policies, procedures, and sound business practices. Negotiates, prepares, and administers grants and agreements, interprets the impact of new laws and regulations, and carries out or assists with special assignments. Develops related grant policies and procedures for rail assistance under RRD's grant assistance programs. The ideal candidate has applied basic grant management principles and technical requirements to manage, administer and monitor all aspects of the grant life cycle.
