ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

You will plan, organize and direct civilian HR services and activities. You will provide authoritative advice, guidance and direction to top-level management and key operating officials on civilian HR strategies, programs, regulations and practices. You will provide immediate and long-range, systematic HR planning in support of NETC Human Resources Office's (HRO) mission, goals and objectives. You will oversee the operation of the HRO, to ensure effective delivery of the following programs: Staffing/Classification/Position Management, Labor and Employee Relations and Workforce Support to claimant commands. You will assist the HRO Director with the development of long-term budget strategies to formulate a sound business plan to execute the above programs, and clearly articulates funded and unfunded requirements to higher-level authorities.
