The Payroll and Personnel Processing Branch is responsible for providing operational Human Resources (HR) services in the areas of recruitment, staffing, placement, position classification, position management, and compensation. As a Human Resources Assistant, GS-0203-07, you will be responsible for: • Codes and ensures accuracy of all personnel actions. • Uses reporting software to research personnel records/data and submits information as needed for reports and data calls. • Provides answers to recruiting HR-related questions and explains HR policies and procedures. • Develops recommendations for and implement improvements in the n
