Billing and Accounts Receivable Director

The Billing and Accounts Receivable Director (also known as Supervisory Accountant) will perform the following duties: Provides ongoing advice and support to subordinate supervisors regarding Division operations and activities, and the resolution of problems presented by subordinate personnel. Develops, revises, and implements policy and procedures related to the Division's national program responsibility. Participates with nationwide Service and Staff officials in the review and financial evaluation of program operations, proposals and developments. Provides professional and technical advice and guidance to senior GSA Service and Staff officials, to equivalent levels in our customer and client agencies and to vendors. Advises and guides accountants and others in the interpretation of accounting systems and issues and in the implementation of procedures and programs.
