HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

1. Supervises the branch consisting of five to ten military employees engaged in a wide variety of military personnel readiness programs to be Headquarters Pacific Air Force's (PACAF) and 13th Air Force's Personnel Readiness experts. 2. Analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s) . 3. Primary staff advisor to the COMAFFOR for Personnel requirements in the adaptive planning. This includes the development of a TPFDD for Personnel requirements of personnel/equipment. 4. Performs deliberate planning and Crisis Action planning tasks to include course of action and plan development to OPLANs, CONPLANS, BSPs, contingencies and humanitarian assistance. 5. Acts as the primary advisor to the COMAFFOR for Personnel and cross-functional expeditionary combat support. 6. May be required to participate/augment the AFFOR as liaison for sustainment operations for exercises and contingencies.
