LOAN SPECIALIST (COMMERCIAL)

The incumbent deals with loans either made or guaranteed by the government and grants for small commercial loans and grants. Reviews and analyzes preapplications, applications and all supporting documents to determine loan or grant eligibility and inputs data into appropriate automated database system. Prepares written loan/grant recommendations and submits to supervisor for review. Loan and Grant Servicing: Provides a wide variety of servicing actions for assigned less difficult loan cases.
