I'm Robert, cofounder of Riot IQ. We're building RIOT IQ, a professional online IQ testing and cognitive assessment platform for psychologists, researchers, clinicians, employers, institutions, and curious individuals. We're US based and 100% remote. We are hiring software engineers, full stack engineers, product designers, design engineers, and AI native fresh grads. The most interesting project is building an AI based human intelligence predictor using our in house assessment data. That means working with response patterns, timing data, item performance, scoring, validation, dashboards, model evaluation, privacy, and product UX.
